2. What this site is — and isn't

3. QuickHomebuyers Inc text messaging program
When you request a cash offer, you may separately choose to receive either or both of these SMS categories from QuickHomebuyers Inc at the number you provide:
- Marketing messages: Cash offers to buy your property and related follow-ups, including messages sent using automated technology.
- Non-marketing messages: Appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and updates on your property inquiry or transaction.
Each checkbox is optional and unchecked initially. Consent to one category does not authorize the other. Entering a phone number, submitting the form, or accepting these terms does not itself provide SMS consent. You may submit with neither SMS box selected; our team can respond to your inquiry by phone or email.
SMS consent is not required to request an offer, purchase goods or services, or sell your property. Only opt in for a number you own or are authorized to use. You must be at least 18 to join this program.
Frequency and costs: The number of texts varies with your inquiry, appointments, and transaction. Your mobile provider may charge message and data rates for messages you send or receive. Contact your provider about your plan.
Unsubscribe: Reply STOP to a message from us at any time. We may send one opt-out confirmation, after which SMS messages will stop. To rejoin, provide fresh consent through the form; an earlier consent will not override your opt-out.

9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickHomebuyers Inc, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or any communications with us, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the property at issue is located (Maryland, Virginia, or the District of Columbia), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the “Effective” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
