1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the legal owner (or an authorized representative of the owner) of property located in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia to use this site to request an offer.
2. What this site is — and isn't

3. TCPA — consent to communications
By checking the consent box on our form, you expressly agree to receive marketing calls and text messages (including calls and texts made using an automatic telephone dialing system, an artificial voice, or a prerecorded voice) and marketing email from Ed Rooney and QuickHomeBuyers at the contact information you provide. Your consent applies even if your number is on a federal or state Do-Not-Call registry.
You can revoke consent at any time:

4. Recording of communications
Calls placed by or to us may be recorded for quality, training, and legal compliance. We will notify you at the start of any call we record. By continuing the call after that notice, you consent to the recording.
5. Assignment and disclosure
We may, at our discretion, assign or partner on a purchase contract. If we do, we will disclose it to you in writing before closing, as required by Maryland HB124 (effective October 1, 2023) and equivalent statutes in the District of Columbia and Virginia. We do not engage in deceptive flip or wholesale arrangements.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit information you do not have the right to provide.
- Impersonate any other person or entity.
- Interfere with the operation of the site or attempt to circumvent its security.
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The site, including all text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Marino Media, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the site without prior written consent.
8. Disclaimers
This site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malware.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marino Media, LLC, QuickHomeBuyers, their officers, employees, agents, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or any communications with us, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the property at issue is located (Maryland, Virginia, or the District of Columbia), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the “Effective” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
